Displaced families on this border live without legal status, and without it there is no future and no hope. Whole generations have grown up that way, with little or no education.
Reaching a child early is what stops that repeating. Education is what lets them live a life to the fullest, coming out of absolute despair.
Their lives matter just like yours, and you can do something about it.
The work
Some of the teachers here went through these schools themselves. They come back to teach, and they support the parents, health and hygiene, and the leaders in the communities they came from.

Baan Fah Sighy means Blue Skies Home, in Hot, Northern Thailand. Children who were abandoned or orphaned have been raised there into adulthood.

The people
They have cared for the children of Blue Skies Home for more than sixteen years. The ones they raised are grown now, and they still come back.
Some of the teachers we trained are training the next ones now. The schools keep running because the people who run them are local, and that is what your giving keeps in place.
